Shipping Policy
For Pakistan Orders:
La Vicenza offers free delivery for all orders.
• Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
• Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
• Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
• Delivery time is between 1 to 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However, delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.
• On orders above the value of Rs.50,000 we will need 50% advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then.
For International Orders:
• Delivery charges for all international delivery vary from country to country depending on city, state, country, and locality.
• Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes & duties and will solely be the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable duties or fees will be collected from you at the time of order delivery.

· You will be asked to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.
· Please note that if the item(s) on your order are not fit for dispatch due to quality or any other reason, they will not be shipped or will be shipped partially. You will be notified via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason.
Order Cancellation & Liability:
“La Vicenza” reserves the right to cancel any order at any given time due to any circumstances. “La Vicenza” shall not be held liable for any shipment delay or cancellation due to any circumstances beyond its control.
